"At Rich Products we have a saying "Going the Extra Mile" for our customers. Last Friday you and Imperial went the "extra mile" for Rich Products. Equipment failure, schedule changes, anything that could go wrong in a production facility did last week. I had to make last minute changes to the following weeks schedule however it was Friday afternoon at 5:00 p.m. You still answered the phone and worked on getting the load expedited and followed through and I call that "going the extra mile".
